1. Acceptance of Terms
The customer acknowledges having read and expressly accepted, without reservation, the specific terms of sale outlined on this screen at the time of placing the order. These general terms of sale govern the contractual relationship between All4ride and its customer, both parties accepting them without reservation. These terms of sale shall prevail over any other conditions in any other document, except in cases of prior, explicit, and written agreement.
2. Products
The photographs illustrating the products are not part of the contractual agreement. If errors occur in these images, All4ride cannot be held liable. The majority of the products offered to customers by All4ride are available in our warehouse.
3. Orders
Automatic registration systems are considered valid proof of the nature, content, and date of the order. All4ride confirms acceptance of the customer's order via the email address provided by the customer. The sale is concluded only upon confirmation of the order. All4ride reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is an existing dispute regarding the payment of a previous order. The information provided by the buyer during the order process is binding: in case of an error in the recipient's contact details, the seller cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver the product.
4. Delivery
Upon order confirmation, All4ride commits to delivering all items ordered by the buyer to its carrier within a maximum of 24 to 72 business hours. The carrier is then responsible for delivering the order to the buyer's address. For deliveries outside mainland France, the client agrees to pay all applicable import taxes, including customs duties, VAT, and any other taxes required by the recipient country's laws. All orders placed with All4ride are for personal use only; customers and recipients are prohibited from reselling the products, whether partially or fully. All4ride disclaims any legal responsibility if the customer fails to settle these taxes.
Delivery is carried out by postal services (tracked mail, Colissimo, or Chronopost) for parcels under 30 kg and by freight services for parcels exceeding 30 kg. Delivery is made within the time slot agreed upon with the customer, either directly to the announced recipient or, in their absence, to another person authorized by the customer. Delays in delivery do not entitle the buyer to claim compensation.
Deliveries within EU countries are carried out by Colissimo Europe or Chronopost, depending on the customer’s choice. Deliveries outside the EU are handled by international postal services or Chronopost, as selected by the customer.
For technical products, the client must ensure the proper functioning of the delivered item and read the provided user manual carefully. In the case of apparent defects, the buyer has the right to return the product under the conditions stated in this document.
Force majeure events such as war, riots, fire, strikes, accidents, or supply chain disruptions release the seller from their delivery obligations. Goods always travel at the recipient's risk. Please inspect your parcel upon arrival. You have 48 hours to file claims with the carrier for any missing or damaged items.
Due to availability, an order may be delivered in multiple shipments at no additional cost to the customer. If the customer requests delivery to two different locations, separate orders with associated delivery fees must be placed.
5. Withdrawal/Cancellation
In accordance with Article L221-23 of the French Consumer Code, customers must return the product(s) no later than 14 days following their decision to withdraw from the purchase.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, All4ride is obligated to refund the purchased item(s) (excluding shipping and return costs) within a maximum of 15 days.
6. Price
The prices are expressed in euros.
The price listed on the product pages does not include shipping costs.
The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price, inclusive of all taxes, including VAT for France and EU countries. This price covers the cost of the products, handling fees, packaging and storage costs, shipping fees, and any setup charges.
7. Payment
The price charged to the customer is the one indicated in the order confirmation sent by RSR SAS. The cost of products must be paid in full on the day the order is placed.
Payment is made via bank card bearing the CB logo. Online transactions are processed securely through SYSTEMPAY. Your card details are transmitted directly to the bank's servers, ensuring payment is made securely without passing through the store's server. This guarantees that only our banking partner (Caisse d'Epargne) has access to your card information.
An order validated by the customer will only be considered effective once payment authorization is confirmed by the relevant banking institutions. In case of payment refusal, the order will be automatically canceled, and the customer will be notified via email. Additionally, All4ride reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with an existing payment dispute.
For purchases between €100 and €3,000, Oney Bank offers a financing solution called "3x 4x Oney," allowing customers to pay in 3 or 4 installments using a bank card.
Eligibility
This offer is available to individual customers residing in France who hold a Visa or MasterCard with a validity period exceeding the financing duration. Cards such as Electron, Maestro, Nickel, e-cards, Indigo, and American Express are not accepted.
How to Apply
After completing your order, select the "3x 4x Oney" payment option. You will be redirected to Oney Bank's page showing a detailed summary of your order and your personalized financing request. Enter your personal information or log in using your Oney credentials. Review the terms and conditions, provided in PDF format, and accept them by ticking the corresponding box. Your consent, given through a "double-click" and checkbox, is considered binding.
The data recorded by Oney Bank serves as proof of all transactions. If financing is requested, your order details will be shared with Oney Bank for review, approval, and credit management. Oney Bank reserves the right to approve or reject your request. Customers have a 14-day withdrawal period to cancel their credit agreement.

8. Disputes
This contract is governed by French law. All4ride cannot be held liable for damages of any kind, whether material, immaterial, or physical, resulting from the improper functioning or misuse of the products sold. This also applies to any product modifications made by the manufacturers. In any case, All4ride's liability is limited to the order amount and cannot be held responsible for minor errors or omissions despite all precautions taken in the presentation of products.
In the event of difficulties in applying this contract, the buyer may seek an amicable solution before taking legal action, with the assistance of:
Seeking an amicable solution does not interrupt the "short time" for the legal guarantee or the duration of the contractual guarantee. Generally, and subject to court decisions, compliance with this contract's provisions regarding the contractual guarantee requires the buyer to fulfill their financial obligations to the seller.
Claims or disputes are always received with careful attention, as good faith is presumed in those who take the time to explain their concerns. In the event of a dispute, the client must first contact the company to obtain an amicable solution. If this fails, the Commercial Court of Nanterre has exclusive jurisdiction, regardless of the delivery location or payment method used.
9. Guarantee
All4ride guarantees that all selected products are manufactured, produced, or assembled in France or Asia and comply with CE standards. However, All4ride cannot be held responsible for non-compliance with regulatory or legislative provisions in the destination country. All4ride's responsibility is always limited to the value of the product in question, as of its sale date, with no recourse against the brand or the product's manufacturer.
In all cases, the customer benefits from the legal guarantee against eviction and hidden defects (Article 1625 of the Civil Code). If the buyer proves the existence of a hidden defect, the seller is legally required to compensate for all consequences (Article 1641 of the Civil Code). If the buyer takes the matter to court, they must do so within 15 business days of discovering the hidden defect (Article 1648 of the Civil Code).

10. Vehicle Warranty
Not Approved for Public Roads: These vehicles are for use only on closed and private circuits.
Non-Homologated Products:
Mini-motorcycles (50cc, 70cc, 88cc, 125cc, 138cc, 140cc, 145cc, 150cc, 250cc) and non-homologated quads are covered by a warranty only against manufacturing defects or hidden defects for three months for the engine. The cycle parts are not covered under warranty.
The warranty covers the replacement or repair of defective parts but excludes labor costs, return shipping, and packaging fees. The warranty's application does not extend its duration. It does not allow for the product's return, partial refund, or any other form of compensation.
The manufacturer’s liability is not engaged, and the warranty does not apply in cases of defective, improperly adapted, or non-standard installation, nor in cases of abnormal use, lack of maintenance, or inadequate maintenance.
11. Legal Information
Providing personal information for distance selling is mandatory, as it is necessary for processing and delivering orders, issuing invoices, and creating warranty contracts. Failure to provide this information will result in the order not being validated.
In accordance with the French "Data Protection and Privacy" law, the processing of customer data has been declared to the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL).
Customers have the right (Article 34 of the January 6, 1978 law) to access, modify, correct, and delete their data. This right can be exercised by contacting All4ride.
Additionally, All4ride commits not to share customer data with third parties, either free of charge or for a fee.
